A few clever tips along the way
Have you ever framed a picture carefully, painstakingly measured out the place and prepared it for mounting on the wall. You have then hung the picture and taken a step back to enjoy your new work of art… only to be met by lots of annoying marks and fingerprints on the glass?! You're not alone. There's always a little bit of grease on our fingertips, so it's inevitable that we leave marks on the glass when we're working on mounting the motif and hanging the picture on the wall.
But there's a way to avoid this! By using a pair of thin cotton gloves when working with the picture, your fingertips never come into contact with the surface, thus avoiding leaving these small, pesky marks. This way you also get around having to polish your new picture as the first thing you do after hanging it.
Another clever little thing that we also sell here, are so-called frame bumpers. They are small self-adhesive protections that you attach to the back of your pictures. You're probably familiar with the small marks on the wall caused by the sometimes sharp edges of the picture frames? With these clever protections, you avoid those too.
