Our delivery times
Providing the products are in stock, our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 11.00 on the same day. Occasionally, when turnover is particularly high, delays can occur. For orders placed before 12:40, you can choose our express handling which guarantees that your order will be shipped the same day. Express handling costs an extra €2.95. Once the package has left our warehouse, delivery time is between 3-6 working days (although we cannot take responsibility for delays that occur with the respective delivery company)
Please note that the above only applies to products that are in stock. When purchasing custom goods or products that are made to order, the delivery time will be longer. On each individual product page, as well as at the checkout, it is always stated how long the delivery time is for each product.
GLS Home Delivery
Delivery time 3-7 working days, €6.95.
GLS attempt delivery to the indicated address. Somebody must be home to receive the parcel and sign for it. If nobody is at home to receive the parcel, GLS will make a delivery attempt to the closest neighbour, who will sign for the parcel.
If the parcel cannot be delivered to the closest neighbour, it is sent to a GLS Packet Shop. It remains at the Packet Shop for 10 days, and is then returned to us.
GLS will send information to you about where your parcel can be collected.
UPS Home Delivery
Delivery time 2-6 working days.
Providing the products are currently in stock, our ambition is to dispatch orders placed before 11:00 on weekdays on the same day the order is placed. During particularly busy periods, however, delays can occur. For orders placed before 12:40, you can select Express Handling which guarantees that your order will be dispatched the same day. Express Handling costs an extra €2.95.
UPS will make one delivery attempt at the given address. If you’re not available, the parcel may be left with a neighbour, in a safe place (if requested), or redirected to a UPS Access Point. You will be notified by email or text with collection details. Parcels are kept for a set period before return.
DPD Home Delivery
Delivery time 2-6 working days.
Providing the products are currently in stock, our ambition is to dispatch orders placed before 11:00 on weekdays on the same day the order is placed. During particularly busy periods, however, delays can occur. For orders placed before 12:40, you can select Express Handling which guarantees that your order will be dispatched the same day. Express Handling costs an extra €2.95.
DPD makes one delivery attempt to your address. Using the Predict service, you’ll get a one-hour delivery window and can change the delivery date, time, address, or switch to a pickup point up to 30 minutes before arrival. If delivery fails and no alternative is chosen, the parcel goes to a pickup location and will be returned if uncollected.
DB Schenker - Large package
Delivery time 3-7 working days.
DB Schenker attempt delivery to the indicated address. Somebody must be home to receive the parcel and sign for it. If nobody is at home to receive the parcel, DB Schenker will make a delivery attempt to the closest neighbour, who will sign for the parcel.
DB Schenker - Bulky Goods
Delivery time 3-7 working days.
DB Schenker - Bulky Goods is for products that are too large or too heavy to be sent to a courier. An extra delivery cost is added to all orders that contain these products. Please note that only one such extra cost is added per order. In other words, you can add several bulky products to your order without worrying about the delivery cost.
Your order is delivered to your door/property boundary. Carrying the products into the property is not included.
Made to measure products - €169.00.
For all made to measure products larger than 80x80 cm and/or 70x100 cm, the only available delivery method is DB Schenker - Bulky Goods.
An Post Home Delivery

Before delivery you get a e-mail about your delivery with a suggested date and time that can be rescheduled. After that An Post makes a delivery to the indicated address. Somebody must be home to receive the parcel and sign for it. If nobody is at home to receive the parcel, An Post will try a second time. If the parcel cannot be delivered it is sent to a An Post Packet Shop. It remains at the Packet Shop for 7 days, and is then returned to us.
DHL Express
Delivery time 1-2 working days.

Express Handling costs an extra €2.95.
Your package is delivered as standard to your home address with a normal delivery time of 1-2 working days (Deliveries to more remote locations can take a few extra days) After your package has been sent, you'll receive a link via SMS where you can change the delivery address yourself or choose a collection point.
