    Picture frame 40x60 cmIn this category we've got frames with the dimensions 40x60 cm. These picture frames have a 2:3 aspect ratio and can be used in both landscape and portrait orientations, meaning that they can be used for both landscape and portrait pictures. A larger picture frame such as the kind you find in this category, works great for pictures from special occasions, such as weddings and holidays. 

    Finding a 40x60 cm picture frame isn't always easy. At BGA, we think that's strange, as this format is just perfect for larger pictures for which you need the classic 2:3 aspect ratio. An nice series of pictures from your wedding, or maybe a picture of all the children, looks perfect in a 40x60 cm picture frame. It also works great for making a great picture wall, where you can put your cherished memories on display – both for yourself and for others!

    We have 40x60 cm picture frames in all materials

    Our 40x60 picture frames come in a range of materials, from durable aluminium picture frames and nifty mixed materials frames to attractive wooden frames – all of which can have ordinary glass or damage resistant plexiglas. Our picture frames are, of course, delivered ready to be mounted on the wall, and can be hung in both landscape and portrait orientations, thus suiting both kinds of picture. If you want to be a little creative and be able to mix different sizes, then you can add a picture rail to your order.

    Choosing the right picture frame for the right picture isn't always easy. Sometimes the choice is obvious, and you know exactly what you're looking for. Other times, it's a little harder – especially when you're planning to mix several different images. Two classic options that can never go wrong are thin picture frames in either black or gold. The advantage with black picture frames is that they're subtle, allowing your picture to take all of the focus. Golden picture frames, on the other hand, give the whole thing a more exclusive feel, and make your walls feel extra luxurious. Why not add a mount to your order to give your image an authentic frame feeling?

    Don't forget to buy mounting accessories

    Don't forget to buy the right plugs and screws alongside your new picture frame, so that you can put your beautiful frame up as soon as it arrives. Apart from the usual mounting brackets we also have nifty mounting accessories that use hook and loop fasteners – they're a personal favourite of ours. With our 3M mounting accessories you can forget all that bother with screwing and drilling. The disadvantage with these is that you'll need a slightly larger picture frame so that there's space for the hook and loop fastener behind it. You can find more information about that here.
