AVOID BAGSTORE - They're scammers and thieves 😡

I've been through the mill for months trying to get my money back and they keep deflecting, refusing to give it back. They're perfectly happy to keep customers' money even when an item is returned in perfect condition. They've been a nightmare to deal with and hellbent on keeping my money because 'they can'. Their staff have been shockingly unhelpful, their product was of ridiculous quality, they deceptively advertise with an Irish '.ie' domain name but operate out of Sweden, making sending and returning parcels much more complicated and they have decided in effect steal my money from me, because operating out of Ireland in another country deceptively, they know they can get away with doing so. They've been a nightmare to deal with - avoid them like the plague. Don't give them your money, and shop somewhere else. BGA Store was the worst online shopping experience of my life. 4 months later, I'm still trying to get my money back and I'm still getting the runaraound..... all because I bought a product which looked nice online but was in fact, made of cardboard and completely sh**t 😡

They're con artists and scammers. Give your money to a pyramid scheme before you give it to BGA Store... it will be less stressful and you'll have more luck getting your money back. They're dishonest rogue traders - swindlers. Common thieves. Learn from my mistake, don't shop with them! I'm in the process of reporting them to the Swedish consumer regulatory body for being the con artists and thieves that they are.
