The mirror arrived smashed to pieces on two occasions. Initially I thought it was a courier mishap, but when the replacement mirror was sent out again, that was also smashed. I think it's reflective of the poor quality of the product, as well as poor packaging.
We like the mirror a lot. Unfortunately, it broke during shipping. But it will be replaced immediately. Thank you.
