This product was not to the standard I expected

A mirror perfectly suited for my waiting room in my institute!

I have been looking for a mirror with a frame that doesn't weigh much because of the wall it is going to be hung on. I finally found one that according to the specifications on BGA's website should weigh 2000 g, i.e. 2 kg. When it comes home I can immediately feel that this one weighs more, I weighed it and yes, the mirror weighs 3.8 kg and not some 2 kg! After all, I chose not to send it back but managed to fix it (because it is very nice and I didn't have the energy to bother with a return). However, I would never have bought it if I had known that it weighed so much (almost double) because it required quite a lot of time and energy to get it up on the wall as intended.
