good experience overall

Ok but not great quality

Delivered in about ten days (not the 4-6 indicated on the website). Good product, without defects, except for a very small scratch in one corner of the frame. I was just expecting a little more detailed finishing considering the price of the product. I am still very happy with the final result once installed.

Beautiful supervision in line with our expectations

The "synthetic glass" was already scratched when I removed the protective film. Therefore, I find the frame too expensive for this quality... The framed portrait looks beautiful, as long as you don't look too closely!
