The product still has not arrived

The site is easy to navigate. Easy to order and kept me up to date with service. The delivery took a bit longer than expected but I think that was a miscommunication with me and the courier, as I did not realise I had to confirm with them before they released the delivery. Frames arrived in good condition and had no problem with the product. Easy to open up and reseal.

Good quality- good service

The frame itself is very good. However, I'm a little disappointed by the plexiglass, which isn't completely straight. You can see reflections that are distorted, which detracts from the overall effect.
