The site is easy to navigate. Easy to order and kept me up to date with service.
The delivery took a bit longer than expected but I think that was a miscommunication with me and the courier, as I did not realise I had to confirm with them before they released the delivery.
Frames arrived in good condition and had no problem with the product. Easy to open up and reseal.

The frame itself is very good. However, I'm a little disappointed by the plexiglass, which isn't completely straight. You can see reflections that are distorted, which detracts from the overall effect.
